Mindfulness

Your mind being fully aware of what's happening, of what you are doing & of the space you're moving through is a great asset. We know we could do a better job at this. But we're not sure how. Both science & experience demonstrate its positive benefits for our health, happiness, work, & relationships. It brings awareness & caring into everything we do—& it cuts down needless stress. Even a little makes our lives better.

Movement

Choosing to move the body mindfully is also a great asset. Yoga is about more then moving the body. It intends to unite breath & movement with mindfulness. Some of us may have experienced yoga as only "exercise". But it is much more. Combining appropriate movement, breathing, meditation, & mindfully being amplifies the benefits of each. This allows us to get more out of the time we are choosing to spend on ourselves.

Intuition

Many of us are not aware of our intuitive powers. We don't cultivate or trust our inner knowing. In fact, we often override what our gut is telling us for a variety of reasons. Learning to both develop & trust our intuition as the guide, protection & catalyst it is, is a crucial part of our awakening to the truth of who we are. Within this truth is our inherent divine power.
